I am up and ready to go! I woke up earlier than I wanted, but excitement! VEGAS!! I have a few things to finish panicking and then I’ll be heading to the airport. I’m sure I’ll get there way early but with the snow, I’d rather take my time. Also not sure how the gov shutdown is affecting TSA? Anybody know?
My flight looks to be on schedule. I did get a few earlly wins, boarding A31 and Precheck for TSA! Yes!
I have my SWA drink tickets and my VMB good luck charms ready to go! I’ll be wearing the bracelet, so look for me if you’re out near Bally’s.
I got here way too early. Still 2 hours until boarding. Traffic and roads were much better than I feared! But that’s what bars are for, right? I got a vodka and diet. Waiting on a burger!
I am onboard and ready to go! Vegas, here I come!
I have landed! Whoop! I had 2 drinks pre-flight. Some Netflix and vodkas on the way. I am ready to get my gambol on. Time to get the luggage, grab a Lyft and off to Bally’s.
I made it to Bally’s! The Diamond check-in was fast and super friendly. I did the $20 tip trick but probably didn’t need to. She was super sweet though. I got an Executive Suite, high floor. No fountain view but a view of the high roller, which is pretty neat and I think it will be quiet here!
The room is huge! There is a great king sized bed, and a Jacuzzi tub! There is a fridge in the room for you own items and a coffee maker! Score!
Sadly, there is actually a balcony here. You can just see it in the picture however the sliding doors do not open so you can’t access it. The only place I know of with true balconies is the Cosmo. And I will stay there soon!
Now, do I go to CVS like I planned or head down for a drink? Hmmm. Tough choice. Drink it is!
