After a short rest in the room, it’s now time for some fun and that means the casino! So far luck is holding true to form. None! Buffalo Gold took $100 without one bonus or good line hit. So now it’s video poker. No Bonus Poker at the bar. So I’m trying Double Bonus, but at least the straights pay 5 here! Most CET bars don’t.
Then finally, the quads start coming!
I finally a decent run in VP! In for $100, out at $150. And then I got hungry! I was going to use my free buffet, but the line was huge and the diamond line was longer than the regular line.
I decided on Spago. Pasta sounds awesome right now. Food porn pics coming right up. For anyone who is interested the Reward Credit exchange at Spago here is 2 to 1. Oh well, I’m hungry! On hindsight, I probably should have used cash for Spago.
Spago was delicious and totally worth it! For $15 Canadian I got a huge bowl of Spaghetti Carbonara, a salad, and a pizza size app of Bruscheta. Delicious! I added a glass of Merlot to that for a great meal. And, no, I did not eat it all. The leftovers went up to the room for a snack later!
Video poker was running pretty well, until it wasn’t. But I played on $100 for 3 to 4 hours, so I’m happy! Now if only the alcohol was free! Time for a Walmart run tomorrow. I never did play Mississippi Stud. I’ll play during the day when it’s $5. Ya, I’m cheap! After my last few losing trips funds are low. I also promised to take my daughter to Joliet in 2 weeks. I hope I bring some money home from here!
