After my buffet lunch, I headed back to video poker … where else? Since quads have deserted me a bit, I started playing Bonus Poker. And, of course, I started hitting quite a few quads, including these beautiful Aces! Too bad the kicker doesn’t count in this game. UGH!
It doesn’t seem to matter what game I play right now, I get the wrong hands. DDB I get tons of 2 pairs. JoB or BP and the 4oaks hit. Sheesh. Remind me again why I love this game so much?
I’m taking a break in the room for a bit. It’s getting crazy downstairs. All the restaurants are packed because of the concert. I’m glad I ate early! And I have leftover pasta. Yum!
I played quite a while on $100 single line. I put about 2K coin through and left with my $100. Not bad! I think I’m down only about $100 for the trip so far. and most of that was thanks to Buffalo. I really want to like slots. I see so many fun videos. But geez, they don’t like me!
All right, I’m back downstairs and at it again. I’m still playing, up and down but holding steady. It’s back to JoB for now. The 4oaks seem to have deserted me.
I’m now trying a new video poker game. It’s called Double Double Deuces Wild, but if you play 6 credits you get paid extra on natural 4oaks.
I briefly stopped into the Diamond Lounge. I didn’t eat but wanted to see it. I wasn’t really that impressed. It basically is just some tables and booths for eating, a small bar, and a small buffet of chips, snacks, some sandwich roll-ups and desserts. I was hoping for more of a lounge type section with a bar to sit and relax. I may go grab some food there tomorrow, and I’ll try to get pictures then.
For now, it’s late and I’m ready to head upstairs and just relax. Good night Windsor!
