I got the call that my room was ready. I headed back to the Diamond Check-In and got my keys. I was very glad to be Diamond at this point. I don’t know what is going on at Caesars this week, but just look at this regular check-in line. It’s been like this most of the day, and it’s a Monday!
Now I’m in my room! They gave me an awesome Augustus King room. The bed is great and very comfortable. There is a little sitting area where I can eat or just sit and watch the fountains!
There is a small desk and a mini bar (which I won’t be touching!) They also have a Keurig in the room, but you have pay for their K-cups at an outrageous price. I knew this before I left, so I brought my own K-cups from home! I will have a fridge too, so I can stop at the CVS on the corner and get some real half and half for my coffee!
And just look at that bathroom! I have a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower and two sinks.
The room is amazing, but that view! Wow! I feel so fortunate! Just look at the beautiful view I have of the Bellagio Fountains! I can even hear the music when the Fountain Shows run.
It is now mid afternoon. I have been up since about midnight Vegas time, so I am starting to feel that. I’m afraid if I sit down in the room too long, I will be asleep. So it’s time to go find something to play! Wish me luck!
