My first morning here! It’s beautiful here, but HOT! The temps should reach 112 degrees today. But it’s a DRY HEAT!!
I played some more video poker this morning, but couldn’t get a whole lot. I hit aces on bonus poker but nothing else, and I gave most of it back. I played some limit poker for about 2 hours and left even. It’s great that they still have limit poker here. That’s getting harder to find.
Time for a break. Sitting outside but I don’t think I can take the heat for long. The Colorado River is beautiful though!
Gambling has been slow today. I played some more video poker. It was up and down. The best hand was aces on Bonus Poker.
I played an hour of Mississippi Stud and Let It Ride. I didn’t know anyone still had Let It Ride. I left close to even on both. Hopefully I got at least 25 TC for the badge. Not that it’s worth much! I’ll probably play a little more tonight, but my not sleeping well last night is catching up to me.
Now it’s time for a little afternoon break! The heat here really gets to you, especially when you’ve had too many lemon drops! Dinner tonight is at the Range Steakhouse using my Diamond Dinner Certificate.
