Today is my last full day here. Makes me sad, so I better make the most of it. And for me, that means more video poker!! So let’s go! I’m not really a breakfast eater, so it’s coffee for me again this morning, and a coffee Baileys while playing video poker also makes me remember that I am on VACATION!
The first Quad of the day came fairly quickly!
Video poker is not going well so I tried craps. It’s only my second time ever playing. I played for a little over an hour. I started with $100 and ended with $240! And I had a roll myself that lasted over 15 Minutes! I think that’s pretty good for a newbie! No pics sadly, it’s not allowed at table games.
Today was not a great video poker day. I am starting to forget what a 4OAK looks like. Thankfully craps has been decent and it was fun!
For tonight’s dinner I decided to try some food in the Diamond Lounge. You can’t really call it dinner. It was some meat, cheese and bread, chips and salsa. It was OK for a snack. I think 7 Stars have a menu they can order from with some more food options. But, ya, that will never be me!
The DL had a small outdoor patio for eating. The area is nice but not so much when it’s 111 degrees.
After that dinner/snack it was back to the casino! It’s my last night and I have to make the most of it! Right? I started it out with, what else, more video poker. I did have a few good hits!
I finally gave in and played a few slots. I didn’t hit much, but Quick Hits did give me a decent bonus.
Video poker didn’t go great today, but I got a few hits at the end of the day. I made up for it on craps and Mississippi Stud. I walked away up about $150 on craps and $100 on MS. And did you hear that? I left while I was up! That’s hard for me but I’m getting better!
Early flight tomorrow. Ugh. So I’m trying to turn in early, with money! I think I’m up about $500 for the trip. And considering I had a comped flight and room, didn’t pay for any food or alcohol, I had an awesome 4-day vacation.
